§ 4.10.110. Penalty for violation

Latest version.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the city jail for not more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
