§ 8.80.020. Administrative hearing officer

Latest version.

All hearings required under this Chapter, including the hearing required by RCW 46.55.120(2), shall be conducted by the administrative hearing's officer who shall be the municipal judge. A decision made by the administrative hearing's officer may be appealed to the Yakima County District Court.
