§ 8.71.020. Parking nuisance prohibited

It is unlawful to park or otherwise leave on any street in any zoning district within the city all types of vehicles or trailers, including recreation, which are parked in such a way as to constitute a traffic hazard or a public nuisance defined as violating any of the provisions of RCW 46.61.570, as determined by investigation of a city of Selah police officer. It is not necessary that restricted parking or other traffic signs be erected for the purpose of enforcing this section.
