§ 6.58.170. Grading, land clearing, or land altering without a permit or in violation of permit

Any grading, land clearing, or land altering conducted without the benefit of a properly issued permit or any grading, land clearing, or land altering conducted in violation of a permit or in violation of a stop work order is declared to be a nuisance.
