All orders taken by licensed solicitors, peddlers or street vendors shall be in writing, in duplicate, stating the name as
it appears on the license, the address of both the solicitor, peddler or street vendor and his/her employer, the terms thereof,
and the amount paid in advance, and one copy shall be given to the purchaser.
