§ 4.36.070. Renewal—Forfeiture

Carrier bus licenses may be renewed from year to year in accordance with the provision of this chapter. Any license issued for a carrier bus which was not actually in operation during the preceding year shall be grounds for forfeiture of a carrier bus license.
