§ 4.22.070. Penalties for violation

  • Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment in the city jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment; and every such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted.
