§ 4.10.010. Definitions

(1) The term "public dance," whenever used in this chapter, shall be held and construed to mean any dance to which the public is admitted and which is held and conducted for profit, direct or indirect; and

(2) The term "public dance hall," whenever used in this chapter, shall be held and construed to mean any place where public dancing as herein defined is permitted.
