§ 3.06.020. Penalty for violation

Latest version.

Any person found guilty of a violation of the provisions of Section 3.06.010 shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisoned in the city jail for a term not exceeding thirty days, or may be both fined and imprisoned.
