§ 11.30.120. Penalties

Latest version.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or failing to comply with the terms and provisions thereof is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed five hundred dollars. Each day that any person, firm or corporation continues to violate, or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is a separate offense.
